Yoko started her career in education as a full-time faculty member in HOC at Mission College from August 2006 to December 2011. After leaving Mission College, Yuko became a tenured Registered Nursing instructor at El Camino College.
Since August 2018, Yuko has served as the Assistant Director for the RN program at El Camino College. In addition to continuing to work as a registered nurse in labor and delivery at Memorial Hospital of Gardena, Yuko is working toward completing her degree as Doctor of Nursing Practice.
