Guided Pathways
Guided Pathways is a multi-year state initiative designed to improve outcomes of all California Community College students.
Mission College is using a Loss of Momentum Framework as a way to conceptualize the various student life cycle stages. We are using a holistic approach by centering equity, using an asset-based framework, and using data to make informed decisions.
Through various projects, we are prioritizing reducing the number of units at graduation, improving fall-to-fall retention rates, and focusing on our most disproportionately impacted students through our Equity Plan.
Loss of Momentum Framework - Guided Pathways
Mission College is utilizing the Loss of Momentum Framework from Achieving the Dream to conceptualize and guide the projects and work to advance student success.
Guided Pathways & True Community
True Community aims to improve student equity and success in a interdisciplinary approach by working with key initiatives on campus.
