Peer navigators are Mission College students who offer peer tutoring in STEM subjects and inform their peers about various resources, processes, and procedures.

Michael Korens

How can I help you as peer navigator: I will do my best to support you in your needs, and find answers to any questions that you may have.
What I was most afraid of in coming to MC: Adapting to a new environment.
What I was most excited about of in coming to MC: Learning math.
My advice to you:  Work harder!

How can I help you as peer navigator: Trying to answer questions that you may have about Mission College to the best of my ability, as well as giving you more detailed information about the questions you had if you need them.
What I was most afraid of in coming to MC: My fear of attending Mission College was not knowing much of Mission College. Not knowing what resources were out there, to help me throughout the school years.
My advice to you:  Not letting fear overpower your ability to succeed. Do not underestimate the little things that you have learnt in life, one day you might need them.

My advice to you:  They key to doing well in school is understanding how you learn best, and seeking help when needed
